• Sample arrangements and new project discussions will proceed from the first working day after the holiday.

Shipping, Logistics and Customs

Ports, freight forwarders, and customs authorities across China follow the same public holiday calendar. For orders already in transit, the timetable remains largely unchanged; however, bookings placed close to the holiday may be consolidated and dispatched once operations resume. If you have a shipment scheduled to depart in the first week of October, please confirm the documents and packing details with us before September 30 so that nothing is held up at the border.

Although the office is closed, our team remains committed to your business. For urgent matters, please reach your usual sales contact by email or instant messaging. We will monitor key messages as much as possible and reply promptly once the office reopens. An automatic email reply will confirm receipt of any message sent during the holiday period.
